Cancellation Policy
At Basil Stays, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring we can continue to provide the best service to all our guests. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
General Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 30 Days Before Check-In: Full refund of the booking amount, minus a 5% administrative fee.
- Cancellation 15-29 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellation Less Than 15 Days Before Check-In: No refund.
Non-Refundable Rates
Bookings made under non-refundable rates are not eligible for any refund, regardless of the cancellation date.
Modifications
- Modification Requests: Any changes to your booking, including date changes, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the original check-in date.
Early Departures
No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused nights.
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not show up on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies, Basil Stays reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation or a refund at our discretion.
